Knowledge When Applied…(Part I)
Posted by John Di Lemme on Sep 3, 2009
You’ve probably heard this statement many, many times – “Knowledge when properly applied…” That statement leads to the conclusion that when knowledge is applied to something it changes the status of that particular thing, but what is knowledge and why does it have the power to create change? Get ready to learn what knowledge truly means! Let’s begin by breaking down the word.
Know: You must know your business, which means you must know the power of network marketing, real estate, sales or whatever your business is. You must also know how to prospect and recruit Champions, handle objections and deal with rejection. Most importantly, you must know in your heart that you can and will achieve your dreams through your business.
L – Listen: You must listen to those that have walked in your shoes. For example, a football coach that coaches a NFL team usually has many records under his belt and has proven himself as a Champion in the game of football. You wouldn’t see a world renowned hockey player coaching a NFL football. The same is true for your business. Why would you take direction from someone that has NEVER done what you want to do? There are many so-called coaches out there attempting to coach people yet they have NEVER done what they are attempting to teach. You must listen and learn from those that have been where you are now and have gone all the way to the top!
Come back tomorrow for Part II…
How to Get More Exposure as An Affiliate
Posted by John Di Lemme on Sep 2, 2009
The number one question that I get from our affiliates is how to get more exposure. Basically, how do you get your affiliate information in the hands of a potential buyer? One very simple way is writing articles, reports, etc. No, I’m not saying that you have to be a literary genius. Most of you reading this are already writing these types of things anyway in your email copy. So, just take it to the next level and start submitting or posting them online for others to read.
I would suggest that you look online for article submission sites or ask around on various forums to see if anyone is interested in free content for their publications or websites. There are usually quite a few people looking for content. Do you believe that your writings are life-changing? If so, share them with others!
Most importantly, remember to use your affiliate links in the articles. However, it’s just as important to provide quality material for your readers. Remember, what you write is a direct representation of who you are so make sure to prove to your readers that you are a Champion!

JOHN DI LEMME ON “ACTIVITY VS. ACCOMPLISHMENT”
Posted by John Di Lemme on Aug 31, 2009
Each and every day, all of us continually search for the extra edge to win at the sport of sales and marketing. One of the most important things that you need to know is that there is a thin line that exists between activity versus accomplishment. Many people feel if they are “active” then they are productive. This is not true! Too often people run around shuffing papers, go back and forth to meetings and are continually on and off their cell phones, but they never accomplish a single task. Consequently, they never obtain their ultimate goal.
Each day as an achiever, you need to set daily, productive action goals that are results-oriented. I personally prefer a goal partner – an accountability partner – someone you can be accountable to each and every day to make sure you did what you said you were going to do! As soon as you instill this into your mindset, you will see the results of your productive efforts flourish very quickly.
The daily compounding of effectiveness will be very dramatic for you to witness. The key to success is leverage, but you must be condent in your efforts to be duplicated in a productive manner. You need to ask yourself a very powerful, truthful question every night as you retire to bed, “If everyone did today what I did for my business, how much would they have actually accomplished?”
Always remember, a small improvement over a long period of time produces dramatic results! Begin to review your actions TODAY…RIGHT NOW! Con?rm that they are accomplishment-oriented and that your mindset refects productivity versus pure movement as activity. I WARN YOU! You will begin to see outstanding results begin immediately. Always be a truthful judge of your actions and determine if you are just being active or are you accomplishing your ultimate outcome through your daily activities.

The Power that Lies within Accountability (Part 3)
Posted by John Di Lemme on Aug 30, 2009
So, here’s what I want to ask you today: Are you willing to stretch yourself? Are you willing to engage an accountability partner? I highly suggest that you have a coach (i.e., mentor), but not a life coach and not a baby coach. Not someone who will say, “Great job, great job!” when you are truly doing nothing. You need someone that is going to stretch you, and make you uncomfortable in order for you to achieve your Why.
Remember, the questions you have to ask yourself are: “Who am I accountable to?” “When am I accountable to them?” “How am I accountable to them?” If you are not accountable, then you are setting yourself up for failure and will likely fall into this statistic – 97% of people are dead or dead broke by the age of 65. Why? Because they are not being accountable for anything or to anyone. I believe in you, and I believe you are worth a lot more than that. Take action today by finding an accountability partner that will catapult you to the next level in life!
